The Town of Zebulon is located on US-64 a four-lane major highway that connects to I-440 nine miles away in Raleigh. The Town is also eleven miles to Interstate 40 which is the major east-west trade route in the U.S.   In 2006, Interstate 540 will be completed and will directly connect Zebulon to the Raleigh-Durham International Airport to the west.  In addition, US-264 connects Zebulon to I-95 seventeen miles away in Wilson, N.C.
